Refund policy

At Love & Lace Boutique we’re committed to ensuring all our customers receive high quality garments and great customer service. If there’s something wrong with the dress you have received, or if your delivered dress is not identical to your online order (wrong item) please contact us within 7 days. Include as many details as possible including your order number and any pictures showing a faulty garment.

If we agree to replace or refund your dress, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and dresses cannot be in anyway damaged or dirtied in anyway, as we will be unable to provide a refund.

You must pay for the freight to return the items and this must also be arranged by yourself. The items are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the dress.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Your dress is made to order specifically for you, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns for a full refund or an exchange.

CHANGE OF MIND OR CIRCUMSTANCE

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return and refund due to change of mind or a change to your circumstance whatever they may be is your responsibility and not Love & Lace Boutique, therefor the full quoted retail price must be paid.  

We cannot refund you if you feel that your does not suit you, as this dress was made specifically for you.

All Sale items are final sales, unfortunately there is no refund or exchange on these items.

BRIDAL SALE GOWNS
